You need to open an “Incognito Window” in order to test PoaCart’s Messenger features – because you need a browser window that doesn’t store cookies or your browsing history. This is the best way to avoid remaining cookies that can alter the results.

Depending on your browser, this window is known in different names:

  • Chrome – Incognito Window
  • Safari and Mozilla Firefox – Private Window
  •  Internet Explorer – InPrivate Browsing

Let’s look at how you open these windows:

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome
  2. In the top-right corner, click the 3 vertical dots (“More” dots)
  3. Then click “New Incognito Window”
