Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

Eligibility:

  • You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or health & personal care items)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
    (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at [support@poacart.com] with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or wrong).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same product, email us at [support@poacart.com].


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
